DAMAGE
If you cause any damage to your vehicle during your hire then you will be charged in accordance with a panel beaters quote.

FUEL
If you do not return your vehicle full of fuel, then you will be charged at $2.20 per litre for it to be refuelled.

SMOKING
So we can respect the wishes of all customers we ask you to refrain from smoking in our rental cars.

GST
Goods and Service Tax is included in all rates at 12.5%.

|
LATE RETURNS
If you are late returning your car, each hour is charged at 1/5 of the daily rate, if you are over 3 hours late you will be charged for an extra day.

INSURANCE
Fully comprehensive insurance is included in all hire rates with a minimum Insurance Excess of $1750.00 (GST inclusive).

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
The Greenstones Rentals fleet is covered by AA, in the unlikely event of any mechanical problems you can call the AA on 0800 500 222, 24 hrs.

UNLIMITED KILOMETRES
All hire rates include unlimited kilometres for peace of mind motoring, so you can enjoy your travels wherever they may take you.

In-house guests of Best Western Ellerslie International Motor Inn will receive a 10% discount on the daily hire rate of any fleet vehicle*.
